1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in advance via WhatsApp or email. A booking is considered confirmed once the client receives written confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellation by Client

Airport Transfers & Pre-Booked Services
Cancellations made
24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time:
➝ Full refund (if payment was made in advance).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup:
➝ 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or in case of no-show:
➝ 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy

Yes, we provide reliable airport pickup and drop-off services, and meet and greet. Just let us know your flight details, and we’ll ensure timely service - even if your flight is delayed.

4. Delays & Changes

Clients must inform us immediately of any flight delays or changes. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust pickup times depending on driver availability. Last-minute changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Bank transfer or payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method where possible.

6. Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to: Vehicle breakdown Severe weather conditions Unforeseen operational issues In such cases, clients will receive: A full refund OR An alternative vehicle/driver solution (if available)
